  • Membership in the Exclusive Use Loyalty Club is subject to separate program terms. Please contact Exclusive Use office for a copy. 
  • Gift cards are issued for verified bookings only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Exclusive Use does not process refunds for bookings directly received to the property.
  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the property owner’s terms and conditions  not Exclusive Use.
  • We recommend reviewing the property’s cancellation policy before confirming your booking.
  • Exclusive Use is not liable for any costs or losses incurred due to cancellations or changes made by the property owner.

  • In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can assist in resolving the issue.
  • If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
